Privacy
3dStructures business is built on trust, honesty, and integrity. These traits permeate
all aspects of our operations, including our web site.
Occasionally, through the use of this web site, certain identification data may be requested
from visitors. This data is acquired through the use of forms, filled out by the visitor,
and transmitted to 3dStructures as e-mail.
We recognize that you expect this information to be considered private and confidential.
This information is used solely by 3dStructures. We do not provide or sell this information
to any outside sources. The information is added to our databases, and used only for follow-up
contact, and mailing software sales information, seminar announcements, the 3dStructures
newsletter, and software update notifications.
3dStructures' ISP (Internet Service Provider) does maintain web access logs that allow them
to monitor visits to each of their web sites. (The maintenance of web site logs is standard
procedure for all ISPs.) The data acquired for these web logs consists of the IP address of
the visitor, the date and time of the access, the type of browser used, what specific web pages
were visited, and what page was current when the site was exited. Web access logs are used for
the statistical analysis of the web site, to determine when traffic is highest and the most
popular pages. This data does not identify specific users.
The 3dStructures discussion forums are public in nature and anyone may browse their content.
These discussion forums are intended as a source of free information exchange between our users
and other interested parties. When submitting a message to these forums, visitors are asked for
their e-mail address. This e-mail address becomes part of the message and is available to anyone
accessing the forum.
Should any of your contact information change, your records at 3dStructures can be updated by
re-registering, or by contacting 3dStructures directly. We feel it is imperative that we have
up-to-date contact information on all users, so that we can keep you properly informed, and
respond to support issues.
Questions about this web site, the data collected, and its uses may be e-mailed to
