3dS-A0
Architectural elements
Following elements can be drawn easily in 3D:
- walls: once thickness, height and elevation are known, you can draw walls continuously while all corners are adapted automatically
- floors: 3 or 4 points determine each floor section; two values are retained: the thickness of the structural member and the thickness of the finishing
- doors: single and double doors, one way/two way swing or sliding; the wall is automatically adapted
- windows: divisions horizontal and vertical are possible; the wall is automatically adapted
- columns: width, thickness and heigth can also be adapted to draw beams, foundation slabs...
All these elements are counted with subtotals and totals (volumes and surfaces) in the standard bill of materials of 3dS.
