Support

3dS is very user friendly, and many users start using it without training. However, we provide several services to assist you in your work with 3dS:

• A support contract, organized as an email service. This contract allows you to send us your file, we can examine your problem and we send you the solution.
  


• The 3dS training module works also through email: we ask you to generate some examples and you send the result to us by email. We examine the result and we send you our comments.
  

A support contract is free for the first year after purchase of 3dS, on condition that the email training was completed succesfully. After this first year you can subscribe for an email support contract at 10% per year of the software cost you payed for.
